⚡ Quick Verdict: High risk and under review. AviaGames runs real-money skill-game apps, including Pocket7Games. The company presents these as skill-based competitions, but the withdrawal rules, bonus-cash structure, public complaint pattern, and legal allegations are serious enough that HH would not treat this as a reliable online-income method.

📌 Heads Up: Transparency Note: HH has not deposited money into AviaGames or Pocket7Games for this review. This is an internet investigation based on AviaGames' own terms, public review patterns, and legal reporting. Allegations are identified as allegations, not court-proven facts. Readers should do their own investigation and check local laws before using any real-money skill-game app.

🔍 What AviaGames and Pocket7Games Are

AviaGames operates mobile skill-game platforms where users can compete in games that may involve cash prizes. Pocket7Games is one of the brand's game hubs. The pitch is simple: play familiar mobile games, compete, and potentially win money.

That pitch is exactly why this category needs a careful look. Real-money game apps can feel like entertainment, side hustle, and gambling-adjacent behavior all at once.

📌 Withdrawal Terms Matter

AviaGames' own terms say withdrawal requests may take up to 15 days to process, and that the company may freeze an account or delay a withdrawal while investigating suspected abuse. The terms also describe a minimum withdrawal amount and rules around bonus cash.

Those rules are not automatically proof of wrongdoing, but they do mean users should not treat the app like instant cash. If getting money out is slow, conditional, or tied to bonus balances, the earning claim becomes much weaker.

📌 Bonus Cash Is Not the Same as Withdrawable Cash

One common confusion in this whole category is the difference between playable balance, bonus cash, and withdrawable winnings. If a user sees a number in an app, that does not always mean the full number can be withdrawn. Any app using bonus balances deserves extra caution.

📌 Public Complaints and Legal Allegations

Trustpilot shows a weak overall review profile for AviaGames, with many one-star complaints. Public complaints should be treated as user allegations, not proven facts, but they are still useful warning signals when they cluster around withdrawal friction, support, and fairness concerns.

There is also a proposed class-action lawsuit alleging AviaGames used bots in what were represented as human skill competitions. That is an allegation, not a court-proven fact in this review. Still, it is directly relevant to consumer risk because the core sales pitch depends on fair competition.

📌 Who Should Avoid It

Anyone looking for dependable online income should avoid this lane. If you are trying to make money, a cash-game app with withdrawal delays, bonus-cash rules, and serious unresolved allegations is not a clean business model.

If someone chooses to play anyway, they should treat it as paid entertainment, not a job, investment, or side hustle.

👤 What To Check Before Depositing

Before putting money into any skill-game app, read the withdrawal rules line by line. Look for minimum withdrawal amounts, processing delays, investigation holds, account-freeze language, and whether bonus cash can actually be withdrawn. If the app makes it easy to deposit but complicated to withdraw, that is the part to pay attention to.

Also check whether cash competitions are legal where you live. Some apps restrict certain states or regions because real-money contests sit in a legally sensitive area.

🧾 HH Verdict

Under Review / High Risk. HH would not recommend Pocket7Games or AviaGames as an earning method right now. The official terms alone are enough to be cautious, and the public complaint/legal-allegation picture makes it a poor fit for anyone trying to build real online income.
